What happens after I sign up?
Our team reaches out to connect to your store, ideally via Shopify, and pulls your product photos directly or you can email us a link to your raw files. We style the catalog, you review it before anything goes live. -
Do I need to be on Shopify?
No, we can work with any ecommerce platform. -
Do you only edit my existing photos, or can you get new ones?
We mostly work with what you already have. If a photo can't be made consistent, we'll let you know and either suggest a reshoot or help you source a replacement. -
How long does it take?
It depends on your catalog size and what you are after, but we aim to have it all complete within two business days. -
What if I don't like the result?
Let us know what's off and we'll fix it. We'll go back into the images and adjust until you're happy with how your store looks. There's no extra charge for revisions within the scope of the original job. -
What is the AI-assisted Visual Merchandising service?
It's a hands-on service where our team makes your product photos consistent, sized correctly, and ordered well across your store. Think of it as having an art director for your store, without hiring one. -
Do I need to tell you what I want, or do you just handle it?
Either works. Most merchants are happy for us to make the calls, since that's what you're paying for. If you have a specific direction, like a colour order you prefer or a style you're going for, just let us know and we'll work to that instead. -
